I served as a Senior iOS Engineer for elGrocer, one of the leading grocery delivery apps in the UAE. My role focused on building scalable features and enhancing performance for a rapidly growing user base. I worked extensively with SwiftUI, Combine, and Core Data to modernize the app’s architecture and improve overall stability.
I integrated multiple secure payment options including PayPal, Stripe, and Adyen, enabling reliable, frictionless checkout experiences. Additionally, I introduced CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, accelerating deployment and reducing manual errors. I also contributed AI-powered accessibility improvements that won a company hackathon, while mentoring junior engineers and leading key architectural decisions to support long-term scalability.
